The Holy Mountain is an exclusive work made especially for you at the time of your order. Production and shipping time is 7-10 days. During the waiting time you will be constantly updated on the status of your order and can take advantage of our 24/7 WhatsApp support.
Shipping is free for orders over €199.90
At the time of dispatch you will receive an email containing a link where you can check the status of your shipment.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice in your mailbox and will make a further delivery attempt approximately the following day. If the delivery is unsuccessful the second time, the parcel will be held at the nearest courier branch. You will then have to contact us to arrange for a new delivery or arrange for the goods to be collected from the courier's premises.
Upon delivery of your order, please check that the parcel is intact and undamaged; any damage must be immediately reported to the courier by accepting the parcel ‘with reserve’ and reported by e-mail to info@ama-zen.com
